Biking Across Kansas 2025

St. Francis has been chosen as a host city for the Biking Across Kansas 2025 on June 6th & 7th!

This is a great opportunity to showcase our community and offer fundraising opportunities for our local organizations. BAK is expecting approximately 450 participants who will ride bikes. Most of the participants also have a support crew that will be following them across Kansas. We are expecting more than 800 people to be in St. Francis on the evening of June 6th and the morning of June 7th. There will also be a group of approximately 100 arriving on June 5th that plan to ride from the State Line to St. Francis before the event officially starts on June 7th.

We have already had local organizations reach out inquiring about fundraising during BAK 2025. To help us know who is interested and to help make sure we are offering a variety to the BAK participants, we are asking that organizations and businesses fill out a form by April 1st. We will have a committee go over the request, and we will contact everyone around April 15th to discuss their participation. Please know that we want to give every organization an opportunity, so the more flexible you are, the more likely your organization will be chosen to participate. Unfortunately, not every organization will be chosen.

Biking Across Kansas will be giving each participant a community guide. We are asking that all businesses that want to be listed fill out a form so that we can have them listed correctly. To be added to the guide, please click here.

This event is going to bring a large number of visitors to our community. While they are here, they are going to be looking for things to do. If your organization/group/business wants to provide entertainment, please click here

The participants will be spending most of their time at the staging area. This would be a great opportunity to sell items or services to the participants. If your organization/group/business wants to offer a service or sell items at the BAK staging site, please click here

We know that there will be questions. Cheyenne Community Development Corporation is serving as the community liaison. Please feel free to contact us, and we will answer your questions to the best of our ability.

Please note that to sell food or items at the staging site and to have your business listed in the community guide, you must go through CCDC.
